1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the dk555 platform, accessible at dk555.vip. By accessing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or engaging with any game or service offered by dk555, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. dk555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

dk555 operates an online betting and casino platform designed exclusively for the Bangladesh market. All platform services are intended for adults aged 18 years and above. The platform operates in English, and all communications between dk555 and its players will be conducted in English. Transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

dk555 may at its sole discretion restrict, suspend, or terminate access to all or any part of the platform at any time for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or regulatory obligations. Such action does not create any liability on the part of dk555 toward the affected player, except as expressly provided in these terms.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

To register and maintain an active account on dk555, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while using the platform.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details.
• You must not already hold another active account on the dk555 platform. Only one account per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either requested through dk555 or through any third-party responsible gambling authority.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity, and must not be using another person's identity, payment method, or financial resources without their explicit consent.

dk555 reserves the right to request identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) documentation at any point during your account lifecycle. This includes, but is not limited to, a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (a recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile banking statement), and proof of payment method ownership. dk555 will not process any withdrawal until KYC verification has been completed to our satisfaction.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. dk555 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact dk555 support immediately at [email protected].

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

dk555 supports a range of local and international payment methods to facilitate deposits and withdrawals for players based in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). dk555 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply their own charges, which are outside the control of dk555.

Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. dk555 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

1. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum deposit amount per single transaction is ৳500,000, subject to your payment provider's own limits.
2. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your dk555 account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours during standard banking hours.
3. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
4. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible, as an anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure.
5. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad for verified accounts are typically completed within 1 to 4 hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1 to 3 business days.
6. dk555 may request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts, or where unusual account activity has been detected.
7. Players must not use the dk555 platform purely as a payment processing facility. Any deposit that is not accompanied by genuine gambling activity, or that appears to be a deposit-and-immediate-withdrawal with no meaningful betting, may be refused or investigated as potential money laundering.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

dk555 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the point of the offer. The general bonus terms set out below apply to all dk555 promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate "bonus balance" within your dk555 account and are not immediately withdrawable as cash.
• Bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings or bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in that promotion's specific terms.
• dk555 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including bonuses already credited to a player's account, where dk555 reasonably suspects abuse, collusion, or fraudulent activity.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, combined with other promotional offers unless expressly permitted, or redeemed for cash outside of the wagering process.
• Welcome bonuses are available only to new players who have not previously registered on the dk555 platform. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds expire if not used within the period specified in the promotion's individual terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Certain game types (including but not limited to live dealer games, specific table games, or specific slot titles) may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — toward satisfying a bonus wagering requirement. Contribution rates are listed in individual promotion terms.

Players who are found to be abusing the dk555 bonus system — through, for example, creating multiple accounts, exploiting software errors, colluding with other players, or using prohibited betting strategies designed to guarantee bonus conversion — will have all bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and their account permanently closed.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the dk555 platform are governed by the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or event market, in addition to these general betting rules. By placing any bet on dk555, you confirm that you understand the rules of the market you are wagering on and accept the outcome as final, subject to the dispute resolution provisions below.

1. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Bets are not valid until a confirmation reference number has been issued by the dk555 system.
2. dk555 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that has been incorrectly priced due to a manifest error, technical fault, or data feed failure. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
3. For cricket markets (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), the rules of the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI) determine the official result. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs, or postponed, dk555 will apply market-specific void or settlement rules as stated in the individual market description.
4. In-play (live) bets are accepted at the risk of the player. dk555 does not guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets and may suspend any market at any time without notice, for example due to a loss of data feed, a significant event occurring on the field, or for integrity reasons.
5. Maximum single-bet stakes and maximum winnings per event are set at the platform level and may vary by market. dk555 reserves the right to limit the stake accepted from any individual player on any individual market at its absolute discretion.
6. Use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software that places bets or interacts with the dk555 platform without direct, real-time human input is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be using such tools will be suspended immediately and all outstanding bets voided.
7. Disputes regarding the settlement of any bet must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the event result being declared. dk555's decision on any settled bet is final after this period.

6. User Obligations

As a registered player on dk555, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times. Failure to comply with any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or permanent exclusion from the platform.

• You must only use the dk555 platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Commercial use, resale of platform access, or use on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• You must not engage in, facilitate, or assist any form of fraud, including but not limited to payment fraud, identity fraud, chargeback abuse, or bonus abuse.
• You must not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the dk555 platform's software, infrastructure, or data feeds.
• You must not use the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service for other users.
• You must keep your account information accurate and up to date. If any of your registered details change, you must notify dk555 support promptly.
• You must not share your account login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not attempt to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction, self-exclusion measure, or account limit that has been applied to your account.
• You must not use the platform in connection with any match-fixing, spot-fixing, or other activity that undermines the integrity of any sporting event.

dk555 monitors platform activity continuously for signs of fraudulent behaviour, integrity violations, and terms breaches. Players identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will have their accounts suspended pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, dk555 reserves the right to report the matter to relevant authorities and pursue recovery of any losses suffered by the platform or other players.

7. Account Closure

Players may request closure of their dk555 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their preferred payment method, subject to completion of the standard KYC verification process.

dk555 may close or suspend a player's account at its sole discretion in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable registration information.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Confirmed underage gambling (player found to be under 18 years of age).
• Player is subject to a self-exclusion order or is identified as a vulnerable individual.
• Account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with no login, deposit, or betting activity.
• A request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

In cases where an account is closed by dk555 due to a breach of terms or suspected fraudulent activity, dk555 reserves the right to retain all funds in the account pending investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, such funds may be forfeited entirely. Where an account is closed for reasons other than player misconduct (such as inactivity or a platform-wide decision), any remaining real-money balance will be returned.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dk555 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the dk555 platform. This includes, without limitation, any loss of funds, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other financial or non-financial loss.

dk555 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or network issues may temporarily affect platform availability. dk555 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, including the inability to place or settle bets during a live sporting event.

You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent risk, and that it is possible to lose money when using the dk555 platform. dk555 does not guarantee any return on any bet or wager, and does not represent that any betting strategy or system will result in profit. All outcomes on the dk555 platform are determined by random number generation (for casino games) or real-world sporting events (for sports betting), and dk555 has no control over these outcomes beyond ensuring fair and transparent game mechanics.

In the event that dk555 is found liable for any damages under any legal theory, the total liability of dk555 toward any individual player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their dk555 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the dk555 internal complaints process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts. dk555 uses 256-bit TLS encryption across all sessions and maintains security standards consistent with major Bangladeshi financial institutions such as Dutch-Bangla Bank and BRAC Bank, but cannot guarantee absolute security against all cyber threats.
